摘 要:文章首先分析气化炉中水煤浆的燃烧过程,包括热裂解、燃烧和气化还原三个阶段,然后以四喷嘴气化炉为例,阐述煤质变化对炉体运行产生的影响,主要从灰分含量、煤灰熔点、黏温特性、煤的成浆性等指标中体现出来,最后提出煤质变化的有效控制措施。力求通过保障优质煤稳定供应、注重炉矿调节与煤管理、提高运行操作者技术水平等方式,使煤质变化因素提前得到妥善化解,保证气化炉的长期安全稳定运行。This paper first analyzes the combustion process of coal water slurry in the gasifier, including three stages of thermal cracking, combustion and gasification reduction. Then, taking the four nozzle gasifier as an example, it describes the impact of coal quality changes on the operation of the furnace body, which is mainly reflected in the ash content, ash melting point, viscosity temperature characteristics, coal slurryability and other indicators. Finally, it proposes effective control measures for coal quality changes. Strive to ensure the stable supply of high-quality coal, pay attention to furnace and mine regulation and coal management,and improve the technical level of operators, so as to properly resolve the coal quality change factors in advance, and ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the gasifier.
