摘 要:山钢股份莱芜分公司焦化厂通过脱硫工艺流程串联改造,在原有的基础上,提出了一种优化焦炉脱硫工艺的新方法,解决了脱硫工艺系统中存在的问题。在分析焦化脱硫工艺现状的基础上,提高焦化厂焦炉脱硫的效率,确保其作为燃料满足相关环保标准的要求。该厂主要针对脱硫能力低和相对应的两套脱硫工艺,对脱硫工艺问题进行了分析,并对两组生产方法进行了修改,文章的方法取得了积极的脱硫工艺研究效果。Through the series transformation of desulfurization process flow in the coking plant of Laiwu branch of Shangang Co.,Ltd., a new method for optimizing coke oven desulfurization process is proposed on the basis of the original one, and the problems existing in the desulfurization process system are solved. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Coking Desulfurization Process, improve the desulfurization efficiency of coke oven in coking plant to ensure that it can meet the requirements of relevant environmental protection standards as fuel. The plant mainly analyzes the desulfurization process problems for the low desulfurization capacity and the corresponding two sets of desulfurization processes, and modifies the two groups of production methods. The method in this paper has achieved positive desulfurization process research results.
