摘  要:甲醇合成是一个副反应多的可逆反应,在合成甲醇的过程中同时生成其他副产物,其中生成的石蜡会附着在换热器、管道、设备等表面,造成设备孔道缝隙堵塞、换热器传热系数下降等危害,影响工艺正常稳定运行。文章分析了在Davy低压甲醇合成工艺运行期间,设备结蜡的成因及对工艺运行的影响,详细阐述针对设备结蜡进行清理的相关措施。Methanol synthesis is a reversible reaction with many side reactions. In the process of methanol synthesis, other byproducts are generated at the same time, and the generated paraffin will adhere to the surfaces of heat exchangers, pipes, equipment,etc. This will cause damage such as clogging of equipment duct gap and reduction of heat transfer coefficient of heat exchanger.This will affect the normal and stable operation of the process. This paper analyzes the causes of wax deposition on equipment and its impact on process operation during the operation of Davy low-pressure methanol synthesis process, and describes in detail the relevant measures for cleaning wax deposition on equipment.
