摘　　要：海油工程是国家重点建设的主要工程项目,对整个国家的产业发展和国民经济的发展都起着举足轻重的作用。项目管理能够推动海油工程项目的高效稳定发展,在发展过程中也要注重项目管理在海油工程项目施工建设中的主要应用。文章重点探析了海油工程建设矩阵式项目管理的实际应用与创新。CNOOC project is the main national key construction project, which plays an important role in the industrial development and national economy development of the whole country. Project management can promote the efficient and stable development of CNOOC projects, in the process of development, the main application of project management in the construction of CNOOC projects. The paper focuses on the practical application and innovation of CNOOC engineering construction matrix project management, in order to have a certain reference value for the relevant personnel.
