京津冀防暴安检警务协同发展研究

摘　　要：防暴安检作为反恐防暴的最后一道防线,在反恐防暴工作中起着至关重要的作用。京津冀防暴安检警务协同发展具有必要性和可行性。但目前在京津冀防暴安检警务协同发展中还存在诸多问题,需要采取有针对性的措施加以解决。研究认为,只有建立健全京津冀防暴安检警务协同发展的组织指挥体系,统一和规范防暴安检警务协同发展的工作标准和实施细则,完善并强化协同发展的资源共享机制,拓展协同广度,挖掘协同深度,提升京津冀防暴安检警务协同的整体水平,才能为百姓创造良好的社会治安环境,维护京津冀区域乃至国家大局的稳定。As the last defense line of anti-riot,security check plays an important role.It is necessary and feasible for us to coordinate the anti-riot security police in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.However,there are still many problems in the process,which triggers the great necessity to take targeted measures.Research suggests that only by establishing and improving the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei anti-riot security police organization command system;unifying and standardizing the anti-riot security police work standard and the detailed rules for the implementation of collaborative development;perfecting and strengthening antiriot security police resources sharing mechanism of synergy development and expanding its depth and breadth;improving the whole level of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei anti-riot security police collaboration,can we create a sound social security environment for the people;and maintain the stability of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and even the overall situation of China.
