摘  要:[研究内容]文章主要研究了涤纶纱线筒子纱超低排放绿色染色技术,[研究结果与结论]通过研究表明:本技术染色浴比为1:2.5-1:3,工艺耗水量为4.5-10t,比传统的1:8浴比工艺节约用水60%-70%,减少了企业的耗水量减少了后期废水处理的压力,节约了成本;染色筒子纱密度可以提高达到0.4-0.48g/cm^(3)(传统的密度为0.38-0.42 g/cm^(3)),锥形管的松纱密度成型良好、无色花,纱线颜色与质量稳定,层差小,相对于传统染色工艺,提升了染色质量;染色工艺时间浅色1.5 h,深色3.5 h,比传统工艺技术缩短染色周期40%左右;化学助剂使用量降低,与传统的1:8的浴比染色相比,可降低化学品用量71.4%左右。通过染色系统的废水循环利用系统新技术的应用,将涤纶纤维的除油工艺用水与色清洁工艺用水分质回用,达到中水回用及节能降耗的目的。The ultra-low emission green dyeing technology for polyester yarn cone yarn was researched in this paper,through the research it showed that:the dyeing bath ratio of this technology was 1:2.5-1:3,the process water consumption was 4.5-10 tons,saving water 60-70%compared with the traditional 1:8 bath ratio process,It reduces the water consumption of the enter-prise,reduces the pressure of wastewater treatment in the later stage,and saves cost;the dyeing cone yarn density could be in-creased to 0.4-0.48 g/cm^(3)(the traditional density was 0.38-0.42 g/cm^(3)),the loose yarn density of the conical tube was well formed and colorless,the yarn color and quality were stable,and the layer difference was small.This improved dyeing quality compared to traditional dyeing processes;the dyeing process time was 1.5 hours for light colors and 3.5 hours for dark colors,shortening the dye-ing cycle by about 40%compared with the traditional process technology;the chemical auxiliary usage was reduced,and the chemi-cal usage could be reduced by about 71.4%compared with the traditional bath ratio dyeing of 1:8.Through the application of new technology of wastewater recycling system of dyeing system,the water used for oil removal process and color cleaning process of polyester fiber was reused in water quality to achieve the purpose of water reuse and energy saving and consumption reduction.
