削坡机在引水明渠边坡精削坡施工中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了削坡机的结构组成及使用特点:根据不同断面的引水明渠尺寸,可以精确地对引水明渠边坡进行削坡处理。通过驮英水库灌区东干渠工程施工中的应用,有效地解决了引水渠道人工削坡费用高、施工速度慢,削坡不平整度,施工质量和施工效率低等问题。实现了引水明渠削坡机能够一次性成型,施工质量满足设计要求,同时也能节省施工成本和连续施工的目标。An introduction was made on the structure and use features of slope cutting machine.According to the size of open diversion channel with different sections,the slope of open diversion channel can be cut accurately.Slope cutting machine is applied during the construction of East trunk canal in Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone,which effectively solve the problems of manual slope cutting such as high cost,slow construction speed,uneven slope cutting,poor construction quality and low efficiency,while the slope cutting of open diversion channel can be formed at one time;the construction quality conforms to the design requirements at less construction cost and permitting continuous construction.
