摘　　要：从工程效益、生态效益和社会效益等3方面对广西左江治旱黑水河现代化灌区工程进行经济评价分析,结果认为,该工程在经济上是合理的,且对该地区的经济和社会发展有着十分重要的战略意义。For Heishui River Modern Irrigation Zone Project, one of the components of Zuojiang river basin drought control in Guangxi, the economic evaluation and analysis was made from three aspects of engineering benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits. It is concluded the project is economically reasonable and is of great strategic significance for the economic and social development of the region.
