摘　　要：随着服装市场竞争环境的日益激烈,服装企业内部存在着各式各样的法律风险,已经成为当前制约服装企业实现快速发展的一大障碍。文章以经济法为视角,从服装企业内部合同、财务、销售、知识产权、业务投资、涉外案件等多个方面探讨了其可能存在的法律风险;并结合经济法规从提高防控意识、健全防控制度、加强防控文化三方面提出了服装企业内部法律防控建议,以期为服装企业有效杜绝内部法律风险提供更多的参考思路。With the increasingly fierce competition environment in the clothing market,there are various legal risks in clothing enterprises,which have become a major obstacle to the rapid development of clothing enterprises.From the perspective of economic law,the article discusses the possible legal risks of garment enterprises from the aspects of internal regulations,finance,sales,intellectual property,business investment,foreign-related cases,etc;Combined with the economic laws and regulations,the paper puts forward suggestions on the internal legal prevention and control of clothing enterprises from three aspects:improving the awareness of prevention and control,improving the system of prevention and control,and strengthening the culture of prevention and control,in order to provide more reference ideas for clothing enterprises to effectively eliminate internal legal risks.
