摘 要:为防止涡轮导向器铸件产生缩松缩孔缺陷,对铸件进行结构和材料分析,设计合适的浇注工艺,并运用有限元软件对涡轮导向器熔模铸造充型及凝固过程进行模拟仿真,研究浇注系统对金属熔体充型凝固等特性的影响,优化浇注工艺方案;并进行铸件的无损探伤检测分析,验证铸件内部缩松缩孔分布。研究表明:涡轮导向器铸件应采用顶注式浇注系统为宜,根据有限元模拟软件对铸件内部缩松缺陷分布的预测优化了铸件的浇注工艺,减少了铸件内部大尺寸缩松缩孔的形成,优化后的浇注系统对铸件补缩充分,按照顺序凝固原则凝固,铸件中未出现缩松缩孔缺陷,符合铸件工艺要求。In order to prevent the shrinkage porosity of the turbine guide casting,it analyzed the structure and material of the castings,designed a suitable pouring process,used finite element soft⁃ware to simulate the filling and solidification process of the investment casting of the turbine guide.The influence of the pouring system on the metal solution filling,solidification and other characteristics were studied,and the pouring process scheme was optimized,and the non-destruc⁃tive flaw detection analysis of castings was performed to verify the distribution of shrinkage porosi⁃ty inside castings.The study showed that the turbine guide casting should adopt the top injection casting system,The casting process was optimized based on the prediction of the shrinkage defect distribution inside the casting based on the finite element simulation software,the formation of large-size shrinkage defect inside the casting was reduced,and the final optimized pouring system adequately compensates for the casting body,solidified according to the principle of sequential so⁃lidification,and there was almost no shrinkage defects in the casting,which met the ideal process requirements of the casting standard.
