摘  要:根据齿轮基本参数确定了渐开线型双圆弧螺旋齿轮的端面齿形,受限于UG等三维软件的复杂曲线绘制能力,在MATLAB中编写了渐开线生成程序,并提取渐开线的坐标点以.bat文件格式导入UG12.0软件,在UG12.0中对双圆弧齿轮进行参数化精确建模。基于UG软件自带的CAM加工模块,对双圆弧齿轮采用球头铣刀的数控加工自动编程,确定刀路轨迹并生成数控代码。通过Vericut的数控铣削加工机床进行加工仿真,验证了数控加工程序的正确性及加工方法的可行性。该方法集齿轮建模和仿真加工于一体,避免了模型转换带来的误差。The end face tooth profile of the involute double-arc helical gear was determined accord⁃ing to the basic parameters of the gear.Limited by the complex curve drawing ability of UG and other three-dimensional software,the involute generation was written in MATLAB program,and then extracted the coordinate points of the involute and imported it into the UG12.0 software with the.bat file format,and carried out parametric and accurate modeling of the double arc gear in UG12.0.Based on the CAM processing module that comes with the UG software,the automatic pro⁃gramming of the NC machining of the double arc gear using the ball end milling cutter was carried out,the tool path trajectory was determined and the NC code was generated.Through the machin⁃ing simulation on the CNC milling machine tool of Vericut,the correctness of the CNC machining program and the feasibility of the machining method were verified.The method integrated gear modeling and simulation processing,and avoided the error caused by model conversion.
