摘  要:针对卡箍类零件生产过程中存在的成形效率低、手工工作量大、成形工序繁琐、表面质量差的问题,分析了复杂曲面卡箍零件的特点,对其成形方法进行优化,首先弯曲过程中卡箍尺寸基本不变,计算卡箍零件的展开尺寸;其次依据该零件的形状设计了卷边模、弯曲模结构,生产了合格零件,提高了零件的表面质量,缩短了成形周期。In view of the problems of low forming efficiency,large amount of manual work,tedious forming process,and poor surface quality in the production process of clips,the characteristics of the complex curved surface clip were analyzed,and the forming method was optimized.Firstly,the clamp size was basically unchanged in the bending process,and the unfolding size of the clip was calculated.Secondly,according to the shape of the part,the structure of curling die and bending die was designed.Finally,the qualified parts were produced,which effectively improved the sur⁃face quality of the part and shortened the forming cycle.
