摘 要:以某车型前门内板为例,首先根据标准拉伸试验测试了材料的基本力学性能,并利用开孔方板对角拉伸方法以及开孔矩形板单轴拉伸试验对比了板材的抗皱性;其次分析了起皱点的应力类型,明确不同的起皱机理;最后依托实际生产工艺,优化拉深筋布局与尺寸,得到成形质量较高的产品。Taking the front door inner panel of a car as an example,the mechanical properties of the materials were tested according to the standard tensile test firstly,the wrinkle resistance was comparatively tested by using the perforated Yoshida buckling test and rectangular plate under uni⁃axial tension.Secondly,the stress types at wrinkling positions and the mechanism were analyzed.Finally,based on the actual production process,the layout and size of draw beads were optimized to obtain a product with high forming quality.
