摘  要:以CRH2型动车组列车上的SKMB-200型转向架构架为研究对象,运用计算机建模和有限元分析法对转向架构架进行结构设计及优化。采用CATIA建立SKMB-200型构架模型,并利用ANSYSWorkbench对超载工况下不同材料的构架进行有限元强度分析。仿真结果表明:在超载工况下,相比于碳素结构钢Q345R,铝合金材料的最大应力较小且综合性能更好,说明用铝合金材料制造转向架构架优于用碳素结构钢Q345R;在确保构架强度合格的条件下,对构架强度薄弱部分的侧梁进行优化,经优化后的构架最大变形量减少了2.48%,最大应力减少了13.5%。Taking the SKMB-200 bogie frame on the CRH2 EMU train as the research object,the bogie frame structure is designed and optimized by computer modeling and finite element analysis.The SKMB-200 frame model was established by CATIA and analyzed by finite element strength of different materials by ANSYS Workbench.The simulation results show that the maximum stress of aluminum alloy material is smaller and the comprehensive perfor‐mance is better than Q345R under overload conditions.It is concluded that aluminum alloy material for manufacturing bogie frame is better than Q345R;Under the condition of ensuring the qualified frame strength,the side beam of the weak part of the frame strength was optimized.After optimization,the maximum deformation of the frame is reduced by 2.48%and the maximum stress is reduced by 13.5%.
