摘  要:采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂除去镀锌三价铬彩色钝化液中积累的Fe^(3+)杂质,采用锌配位剂除去钝化液中的Zn^(2+)杂质。处理后可以大大减少钝化液的更换频次,减少废液的排放量,节约大量的成本。介绍了相关原理及工艺过程。The Fe^(3+)impurities accumulated in iridescent chromium(Ⅲ) passivation bath for zinc coatings were removed by using a strongly acidic cationic exchange resin,and the Zn^(2+) impurities in it were removed by adding a zinc complexing agent.Therefore,the replacement frequency of passivation bath and the discharge of spent passivation bath were greatly reduced,saving a large amount of costs.The related principles and treatment processes were introduced.
