“万峰离心泵”悬浮控制策略研究

摘  要:目的:“万峰离心泵”为一种新型磁悬浮离心泵心脏辅助装置,以有源磁悬浮作为转子的常态控制,流体动力悬浮作为储备应对极端力学不平衡状态。此悬浮控制策略可以避免血泵冗余结构,有利于减小体积,重量及能耗。利用模型研究“万峰离心泵”转子悬浮控制及稳定性。方法:建立“万峰离心泵”转子悬浮实验模型,转子直径35mm,厚度10mm。转子中心空设置径向被动磁悬浮轴承,转子两端面采用4极平面电机驱动,结构和设计参数均类似于轴向磁场电机。驱动定子及悬浮控制系统与原型样机一致。调节模型转子与模型定子间的悬浮距离,观察悬浮状态。结果:转子在旋转状态下可以实现全磁悬浮,悬浮距离的增加会导致转子悬浮稳定性的下降。在静止状态下转子与定子之间的悬浮间隙最大可达0.5mm。结论:“万峰离心泵”转子悬浮控制策略可行,但在大悬浮间隙条件下提高悬浮稳定性的控制方案尚待进一步改进。Objective:“WanFeng Centrifugal Pump”is a novel centrifugal blood pump with a suspended rotator with electromagnetic control principle.However,it also employing the hydrodynamic levitation force as a back up system to counteract the imbalance force at some extremely condition.The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasebility of the levitation strategy of“WanFeng Centrifugal Pump”.Methods:A module of the rotator and stator mimic to the“WanFeng Centrifugal Pump”is establised.The four-pole rotator,measured a diameter of 35mm and a width of 10mm is suspended by a set of magnetic bearing at the center of the rotor and stator.The rotor are faced by two motor stators like the structure of an axial magnetic field motor.The structure and design parameter of module are identical to the prototype so as to actually evaluation of the electric-magnetic charactrestics of the pump.The levitation state of the rotor was observed by adjusting the gap between the stator and the rotor.Results:The rotor can be magnetically levitated at the rotation.The gap between the stator and the rotor influences the levitating stability.The stabilization is decreased with the gap increasing.At the static state the gap can be enlargered to an amount of 0.5mm.Conclution:The strategy of“WanFeng Centrifugal Pump”to suspending the rotator is feasible.However to make further efforts to improve suspending stability at larger gap is needed.
