摘 要:目的:分析核磁共振扫描弥散加权扫描对盆腔肿瘤患者的诊断与检出价值。方法:选取2019年8月~2021年8月本院所收治的60例盆腔肿瘤患者为观察对象,回顾性分析其临床治疗,全部患者均接受核磁共振扫描及弥散加权扫描,分析检查结果。结果:全部21例恶性肿瘤患者中,15例患者为宫颈腺癌,3例患者为直肠癌,3例患者为子宫腺瘤。恶性肿瘤患者的T1WI均表现为略低或者等低信号,而T2WI则表现为等高或者略高信号,DWI则表现为高信号。全部39例良性肿瘤中,27例患者为卵巢囊肿,12例患者为子宫肌瘤,T1WI均表现为略低信号,卵巢囊肿患者的T2WI、DWI均表现为高信号,而子宫肌瘤的T2WI则表现为低信号,DWI表现为等信号。恶性肿瘤患者的ADC测量值为(1.55±0.41)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,明显高于良性肿瘤患者的(1.32±0.08)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用核磁共振扫描弥散加权扫描能对盆腔肿瘤进行准确诊断和检出,并为鉴别良恶性肿瘤提供指导。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic and detection value of diffusion-weighted MRI in patients with pelvic tumor.Methods:A total of 60 patients with pelvic tumor who were admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis of their clinical treatment.All patients received MRI and diffusion weighted scan,and the results were analyzed.Results:Among the 21 patients with malignant tumor,15 patients were cervical adenocarcinoma,3 patients were rectal cancer,and 3 patients were uterine adenoma.All patients with malignant tumor showed slightly low or iso-low signal on T1WI,while iso-high or slightly high signal on T2WI and high signal on DWI.Among all the 39 benign tumors,27 patients were ovarian cysts and 12 patients were uterine fibroids,with slightly low signal intensity on T1WI.Patients with ovarian cysts showed high signal intensity on T2WI and DWI,while patients with uterine fibroids showed low signal intensity on T2WI and isosignal intensity on DWI.The ADC measured value of patients with malignant tumor was(1.55±0.41)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,which was significantly higher than that of patients with benign tumor(1.32±0.08)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diffusion weighted MRI can be used for accurate diagnosis and detection of pelvic tumors,and can provide guidance for differentiating benign and malignant tumors.
