摘  要:目的:分析关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2021年12月本院骨科收治的90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,通过对入院患者病历号进行随机抽签来分组,对照组及观察组各45例。其中,对照组接受常规保守疗法,观察组接受关节镜微创手术,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后的HSS膝关节评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,观察组的住院时间短于对照组,(P<0.05);对照组及观察组的临床有效率分别为91.11%、75.56%,复发率则13.33%、33.33%,两组对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建议KOA患者接受关节镜微创手术作为首选治疗方案,可有效改善膝关节功能恢复,保证临床疗效,缩短住院时间,减少复发率,提高生活质量,临床意义重大。Objective:To analysis the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:90 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the orthopaedic department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 patients in each group.Among them,the control group received conventional conservative therapy and the observation group received arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The observation group after treatment of HSS knee score,WHOQOL-BREF score higher than the control group,in hospital was shorter than the control group,the observation group(P<0.05);Clinical efficient control group and observation group were 91.11%,75.56%,the recurrence rate was 13.33%,33.33%,compared the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is recommended that KOA patients accepted arthroscopy minimally invasive surgery as the preferred treatment,can effectively improve the knee joint function recovery,ensure the clinical curative effect,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the chances of recurrence and improve the quality of life,clinical significance.
