双腔起搏器治疗血管迷走性晕厥患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析研究血管迷走性晕厥患者的治疗中双腔起搏器治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年8月~2019年8月本院收治的血管迷走性晕厥患者46例为观察对象,并以随机抽签法平均分为两组,每组23例患者,按照实验习惯记录为对照组与观察组;观察组患者应用闭环刺激双腔起搏器,对照组患者应用药物治疗,比较两组患者直立倾斜试验转阴率和治疗效果。结果:观察组患者未再出现突发性晕厥,但有晕厥前的不适感出现并逐渐减轻,至治疗后半年不适感消失,其治疗总有效率显著优于对照组且观察组患者直立倾斜试验转阴率更高(P<0.05)。结论:双腔起搏器在血管迷走性晕厥患者的治疗中发挥了显著作用,能有效预防晕厥的反复发作,降低了重度血管迷走性晕厥患者的发生率,有较高的使用价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of dual-chamber pacemaker in the treatment of patients with vasovagal syncope.Methods:46 patients with vasovagal syncope admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,23 patients in a single group were recorded as the control group and the experimental group according to the experimental habits;The patients in the experimental group were treated with closed-loop stimulation dual chamber pacemaker,while the patients in the control group were treated with medication.The negative conversion rate and therapeutic effect of head up tilt test were compared between the two groups.Results:The patients in the experimental group did not have sudden syncope again,but the discomfort before syncope appeared and gradually decreased,and the discomfort disappeared half a year after treatment.The total effective rate of treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,and the negative rate of upright tilt test in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dualchamber pacemaker plays a significant role in the treatment of patients with vasovagal syncope,which can effectively prevent the recurrence of syncope,reduce the incidence of severe vasovagal syncope,and has high use value.
