MCS+与COM.TEC血细胞分离机行白细胞去除术在慢性粒细胞白血病治疗中的应用效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探究MCS+与COM.TEC血细胞分离机行白细胞去除术在慢性粒细胞白血病(Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia,CML)治疗中的应用效果。方法:随机选择2018年11月~2020年11月就诊的120例CML患者作为对比研究对象,其中60例使用MCS+血细胞分离机者纳入MCS+组,60例使用COM.TEC血细胞分离机者纳入COM.TEC组。观察两组血细胞分离术相关参数。结果:两组患者在白细胞去除术后的白细胞水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);MCS+组患者的红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)、血小板(Platelet,PLT)、红细胞压积(Hematocrit,HCT)水平在治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),COM.TEC组患者的Hb、PLT、HCT水平在治疗后较治疗前无差异(P>0.05);MCS+组的运行时间更短、白细胞去除量更大(P<0.05),两组抗凝剂使用及循环总量无差异(P>0.05)。结论:MCS+与COM.TEC血细胞分离机均能对白细胞进行有效的去除,相较之下,MCS+去除白细胞的耗时更短、量更多,COM.TEC可更理想的保护血液成分。Objective:To investigate the effect of MCS+and COM.TEC blood cell separators in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia(CML).Methods:120 cases of CML patients were randomly selected as the comparative study objects,60 cases of which were treated with MCS+blood cell separator were included in the MCS+group,60 cases were treated with MCS+blood cell separator COM.TEC blood cell separator was included COM.TEC group.The related parameters of blood cell separation were observed.Results:The WBC level in the two groups after leukocyte removal was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of Hb,PLT and HCT in MCS+group were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of Hb,PLT and HCT in patients in COM.TEC group had no difference after treatment compared with those before treatment(P>0.05);The running time of MCS+group was shorter and the amount of white blood cells removed was greater(P<0.05).There was no difference in the use of anticoagulants and the total amount of circulation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:MCS+and COM.TEC blood cell separator can effectively remove white blood cells.In contrast,MCS+can remove white blood cells in a shorter time and more quantity,COM.TEC can better protect blood components.
