“深协同”视角下诊所法律教育的问题及对策——以X省Y校为例

摘  要:新文科建设与卓越法治人才培养要求通过“深协同”的方式来提高法科学生的实践能力。诊所法律教育是法学实践教学的重要内容,提高学生实践认知的有力抓手。为提高协同培养的实效,建议在扩大学生覆盖面、提高诊所学员参与度、建立稳定的诊所教师队伍、单列诊所法律教育经费、控制实训人数、延长课程周期、建立基地联动机制、健全质量监控制度共八个方面完善诊所法律教育。The construction of new liberal arts and the cultivation of outstanding legal talents require to improve the practical ability of law students by the way of “deep collaboration”. Clinical legal education is an important part of legal practice teaching, which is a good way to improve students’ practical cognition. In order to improve the effectiveness of cooperative cultivation, it is suggested that clinical legal education be improved in eight aspects, including expanding the coverage of students, increasing the participation of clinic students, establishing a stable team of clinic teachers, controlling the funds for legal education in separate clinics, controlling the number of trainees, extending the course cycle, establishing the linkage mechanism of the bases and constructing the quality control system.
