摘　　要：针对某型柴油发电机组出现的柴油机进气阀阀盘碎裂的故障,采用故障树分析方法,从零部件制造质量、装配质量、运行条件、环境条件等方面进行排查和分析,查明故障原因并提出相应的处理措施。The inlet valve disc of a diesel engine in a diesel generator set was broken.To deal with this fault,the fault tree analysis method was used to check and analyze the manufacturing quality,assembly quality,operating conditions,environmental conditions,etc.The analysis results showed that the fracture of the intake valve disc was caused by the corrosive solution formed after the corrosive gas in the air dissolves in the condensed water generated during the operation of the diesel engine.The corresponding treatment measures are proposed to solve the fault.
