摘 要:为研究钢-自燃煤矸石混凝土组合板的受弯性能,基于收集的试验数据与力学性能预测模型,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立钢-自燃煤矸石混凝土组合板有限元模型,量化自燃煤矸石骨料取代率等参数对钢-自燃煤矸石混凝土组合板受弯性能的影响,并对现有规范进行适用性验证。研究结果表明,钢板强度和骨料取代率对钢-自燃煤矸石混凝土组合板受弯性能影响显著,ACI 318和AS 3600规范可以较好的预测钢-自燃煤矸石混凝土组合板的抗弯刚度。The bending performance of composite slabs of steel-spontaneous combustion coal gangue concrete was studied by the finite element model, which was established by ABAQUS software. The effect of the substitution rate of the gangue aggregate and other parameters on the bending performance of the slabs was quantified, and the applicability of existing specifications was verified. The results show that the strength of the steel plate and the rate of aggregate substitution have a significant effect on the flexural properties of the slabs, and the bending stiffness of the steel-spontaneous combustion coal gangue concrete composite slabs can be predicted by the ACI 318 code and AS3600 code.
