摘 要:文中提出一种适用于装配式钢结构的双环箍式套筒节点,为研究新型套筒节点的力学性能,通过改变梁端套筒板处与钢管柱厚度和与梁翼缘厚度的比例关系、套筒与钢管柱间的摩擦系数设计了两组构件,应用ABAQUS进行有限元模拟分析。结果表明套筒与钢管厚度之和与梁翼缘厚度比越大,承载能力越大,耗能越好;摩擦系数对节点性能影响很小。双环箍套筒节点受力性能良好,有较理想的破坏形态,为新型套筒节点在装配式钢结构体系中应用奠定基础。A double hoop sleeve joint suitable for fabricated steel structures is proposed. To study the mechanical properties of the new type of sleeve joint, two groups of members are designed by changing the ratio between the sleeve plate at the beam end and the thickness of the steel tube column and the thickness of the beam flange, and the friction coefficient between the sleeve and the steel tube column. ABAQUS is used for finite element simulation analysis. The results show that the greater the ratio of the thickness of sleeve and steel pipe to the thickness of beam flange, the greater the bearing capacity and the better the energy consumption. The friction coefficient has little effect on the joint performance. The double hoop sleeve joint has good mechanical performance and ideal failure form,which lays a foundation for the application of the new type of sleeve joint in fabricated steel structure system.
