摘　　要：目标威胁评估直接决定到后续的打击目标分配及火力分配,是军事战略的重要组成部分。针对复杂战场环境下威胁目标评估问题,现有的研究多为从本级单位考虑敌方目标对自身的直接威胁,而本级单位根据受领任务的作战意图对威胁目标评估的研究较少。提出一种基于作战意图倾向权重的目标威胁评估方法。对作战意图和直接威胁的属性集进行重新划分,引入作战意图倾向权重函数,并给出3种典型作战意图倾向权重函数,以灵活适用于不同条件下的威胁目标评估问题。提出的方法使威胁目标评估问题,不仅考虑了目标威胁对作战单位自身的威胁程度,而且从受领任务的角度,考虑目标对任务的重要程度。Target threat assessment in the battlefield environment directly affects the subsequent striking target distribution and firepower distribution,which is an important part of military strategies.In view of the problem of threat target assessment in the complex battlefield environment,most of the existed researches consider the direct threat to oneself of enemy target from the same level.For the superior units in the battlefield environment to give orders to the units at the same level,the units at the same level according to the combat intention of the task to assess the threat target is less studied.The target threat assessment method based on the weight of the tendancy of operational intention is proposed,first of all,the property set of the combat intention and direct threat is repartitioned,then the tendency weighting function of the combat intention is introduced,and three typical combat intention tendency weighting function are proposed to solve different target threat evaluation problem flexibly.The proposed method makes the assessment of the threat target not only consider the threat degree of the threat target to the combat unit itself,but also consider the importance of the target to the mission from the perspective of the receiving mission.
