摘  要:对定期维护条件下具有性能退化特征的设备维护策略进行研究。对性能退化设备的失效机理进行分析,认为设备性能逐步退化是连续性影响因素和离散性影响因素共同作用所导致的,研究定期维护行为对设备性能退化过程的影响,总结性能指标变化的特点;基于失效机理,在一定假设的条件下建立了考虑定期维护的性能指标退化模型,给出寿命周期内设备平均寿命、平均维修费用的计算方法,建立定期维护周期的优化模型,并给出模型求解步骤;最后,通过对平台式惯性导航系统的实际数据进行分析,说明实际数据的处理流程和模型中的参数估计方法,分析结果说明该方法是有效的。The maintenance strategies of performance deterioration equipment are studied under scheduled maintenance conditions.Firstly,the failure mechanism of the performance deterioration equipment is analyzed.The gradual deterioration of equipment performance is thought to be caused by the mutual action of continually influential factors and discretely influential factors.The effect of shcedualed maintenance action on te performance deterioration process of equipment is studied.The features of performance index variation are summarized.Secondly,based on the failure mechanism,the performance index deterioration model on consideration of scheduled maintenance is established on certain hypothesis.The calculation methods of the average lifetime,the average maintanence period is established,the solution steps for model are given.Finally,the actual data of platform-type innertial navigation system are analyzed,the processing flow of actual data and parameter estimation method in the model are explained,the analysis results show that the proposed method is effective.
