摘 要:针对液体发射药火炮对加注系统高速大流量、高精度的研制需求,设计了气动挤压式高速自动加注系统,通过实验研究获得加注系统动态性能。为进一步研究加注系统性能变化规律,建立自动加注系统动力学模型并进行仿真分析。结果表明,加注时间与加注误差随着加注体积的增大而线性增加;系统流量越大,加注所需时间越短,而加注误差线性增长;增大加注压力可以缩短加注时间、减小加注误差,但加注体积一定时,过大的压力不能明显减少加注时间;当系统流量为45 L/min、加注压力为2.0 MPa时,系统加注500 mL液体发射药需要3.5 s,加注误差为1.12%。According to the development needs of liquid propellant artillery for high-speed,large flow rate and high-precision refilling systems,a pneumatic extrusion high-speed automatic refilling system was designed,and the dynamic performance of the refilling system was obtained through experimental research.To further study the performance change laws of the refilling system,the dynamic models of the automatic refilling system were established,and the simulation was conducted.The results show that the filling time and filling error increase linearly with the filling volume.The flow rate of system becomes larger,the filling time will get shorter,but the filling error will increase linearly.Increasing the filling pressure can shorten the filling time and decrease the filling error,but when the filling volume is fixed,the excessive pressure cannot shorten the filling time significantly.The refilling system takes 3.5 s to refill 500 mL liquid propellant with the filling error being 1.12%when the flow rate is 45 L/min and the filling pressure is 2.0 MPa.
