摘 要:随着人工智能等高新技术的发展,美国马赛克战开始崭露头脚,从马赛克战概念出发,分析其基于现有装备的力量体系建设,基于“碎片”协同的作战体系运行和基于时间效率的作战能力生成的特点,研究马赛克战功能节点分散部署、体系网络动态重构和作战任务智能认知的作战构想。同时,提出了马赛克技术、马赛克效应网技术和马赛克实验技术等核心技术,为马赛克战实施提供关键技术支撑,为作战理论的完善提供重要理论依据。With the development of the high and new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence(AI),American Mosaic warfare has begun to emerge.Starting from the conception of the mosaic warfare,the power system construction based on the existed equipment,the combat system running based on“debris”coordination,and the feature of combat capability formation based on time efficiency are analyzed,and such operational conceptions as the decentralized deployment of function nodes,dynamic reconfiguration of system network,and combat mission intelligent cognition of mosaic warfare are studied.At the same time,such core technologies as mosaic technology,mosaic effect net technology and mosaic experiment technology are proposed to provide the key technical support for the implementation of mosaic warfare and important theoretical basis for the improvement of operational theory.
