摘 要:基础研究是医学科技创新的源头和基石,现代医学和社会的发展对基础医学人才提出了更高的要求。如何培养有创新思维和科研实践能力的基础医学拔尖人才迫在眉睫。创新关键在于具有发现问题和解决问题的能力。目前国内外整合课程广泛采纳的PBL(problem-basedlearning)很好地契合了发现问题并探究解决问题这一认知过程。文章重点介绍本科基础医学专业拔尖人才培养过程中,以课程教学为载体,以提高质量为核心,以创新人才培养为重点,优化课程资源流程,探索如何实现以科学问题为导向的PBL(scientificproblem-basedlearning,SPBL),提高学生自主学习和终身学习的素养、发现科学问题并寻找解决路径等的科技创新能力,培养适应我国生物医学技术发展和高等医学教育事业所需要的基础医学卓越人才。Basic research is the source and cornerstone of medical science and technology innovation.With the development of modern medicine and society,more requirements have been imposed on the talent training in basic medicine,and it is an urgent task to cultivate top talents with innovative thinking and scientific research ability.The key to innovation is the ability to find problems and solve them.At present,the PBL(problem-based learning)model has been widely adopted in integrated courses at home and abroad,because it fits well with the cognitive process of discovering,exploring,and problem-solving.This article investigates the training process of professional talents in basic medicine,with teaching as the carrier,quality improvement as the core,and innovative talent training as the focus.This article explores scientific problem-based learning model and the optimization of curriculum resources in order to improve autonomous learning ability in students,so that the students can develop scientific and technological innovation capacity,which enables them to find good scientific questions and answer them.All these measures aim to cultivate outstanding talents in basic medicine to meet the needs of the development of biomedical technology and the cause of higher medical education of China.
