摘　　要：上海交通大学医学院根据学科发展需要,改革基础医学研究生培养模式,围绕学生主体,由点及面组合性实施包括营造浓郁学术氛围、制定学科特色培养方案、建设需求导向的课程体系、设置学科研究生管理委员会、实施实验室轮转训练制度、建立以课题组长实验室为单位的研究生论文指导委员会等一系列举措,强化培养过程,使得研究生培养质量显著提升。Over the past dozen years,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine has reformed the training model of postgraduate students in basic medicine and strengthened the training process to meet the needs of disciplinary development.A series of initiatives have been implemented,including creating favorable academic ambiance,setting up postgraduate management committee,formulating training program with disciplinary characteristics,constructing demand-oriented curriculum,implementing laboratory rotation training system,establishing steering committee for graduate thesis based on the laboratory of the project director.Featuring student-centered training process,this system has significantly improved the quality of postgraduate training programs.
