摘 要:掺铥光纤激光器体积小、结构紧凑、光束质量优秀、散热性能好,近十年间广泛应用于医疗、探测、工业等多个领域。主要介绍近十年高功率掺铥光纤激光振荡器和放大器的主要研究进展。在改善热效应管理方面,介绍了关于同带抽运、分段泵浦、调整掺杂浓度等几种方案。通过使用多级放大和高功率激光合束,以及更有效的热管理是目前实现更高输出功率的主要方向。Thulium-doped fiber laser is small in size, compact in structure, excellent in beam quality and good in heat dissipation. In recent ten years, it has been widely used in medicine, detection, industry and other fields. This paper mainly introduces the main research progress of high-power thulium-doped fiber laser oscillators and amplifiers in the past five years. In terms of improving thermal effect management, several schemes such as co-band pumping, segmented pumping, and adjusting doping concentration are introduced. The use of multi-stage amplification and high-power laser beam combining, as well as more efficient thermal management, are the main directions for achieving higher output power.
