摘  要:针对传统基于FPGA的空间激光通信发射器多采用对外串口输入以及单一FPGA硬件数据处理的设计方式,已无法满足图像和视频数据实时传输的需求,提出一种基于ZYNQ-7000的空间激光通信图像高速传输系统。系统基于FPGA+ARM架构,通过ARM端以太网接收主机图像数据,并使用高层次综合方法快速实现图像处理及数据编码软核,设计了一种图像数据处理、编码与传输的高速流水通道。系统的实验测试结果表明:该系统以太网接口最高传输速率可达100 Mb/s,可以在小于500 m的距离内实现25 Mb/s的实时数据发送速率,信噪比为6 dB时,误码率低于,处理512*512分辨率图像时,编码速率比CPU高6.56倍,具有开发周期短、数据传输稳定性高、编码速率快和低功耗等优点。The traditional space laser communication transmitter based on FPGA mostly adopts the design mode of external serial port input and single FPGA hardware data processing, which can not meet the needs of real-time transmission of image and video data. This paper proposes a high-speed image transmission system of space laser communication based on zynq-7000. Based on FPGA + ARM architecture, the system receives host image data through arm Ethernet, and uses high-level synthesis method to quickly realize image processing and data coding soft core. A high-speed pipeline channel for image data processing, coding and transmission is designed. The experimental test results of the system show that the maximum transmission rate of the Ethernet interface of the system can reach 100 Mb/s, and can realize the real-time data transmission rate of 25 Mb/s within a distance of less than 500 m. When the SNR is 6 dB, the BER is lower than. When processing 512 * 512 resolution images, the coding rate is 6.56 times higher than that of CPU. It has the advantages of short development cycle, high data transmission stability It has the advantages of fast coding rate and low power consumption.
