摘　　要：在大卫·米切尔的作品中,历史和女性之间的关系是作家探讨的重要主题,其作品中的历史叙事呈现出新历史主义倾向。米切尔凭借交响乐般的想象力,以虚构的故事和人物,表现了女性在复杂的历史环境下艰难的生存状态,暗示了导致女性人生悲剧的成因之一是无法摆脱的历史力量。同时,女性面对历史困境和命运压迫展现出非凡的坚韧,不为命运所打倒,努力求生,实现自我的救赎。In David Mitchell’s works,the relationship between history and women is an important theme for the writer to explore,and the historical narrative in his works shows a tendency of new historicism.Mitchell,with his symphonic imagination and fictional stories and characters,expressed the difficult living conditions of women in the complex historical environment,suggesting that one of the causes of the tragedy of women’s life was the historical force that could not be rid of.At the same time,women have shown extraordinary tenacity in the face of historical difficulties and fate oppression.They are not hit by fate and strive to survive and achieve self-salvation.
