基于需求层次理论的河南省农户种粮获得感研究

摘　　要：根据521份调查问卷,运用马斯洛需求层次理论,使用二元Logistic回归模型,探索河南省农户种粮获得感及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)全体样本农户的种粮获得感较低,且经济获得感低于精神获得感;农户的种粮获得感受家庭类型的影响较大,纯农户、农业为主兼营其他、非农为主兼营农业、非农化类型农户种粮的经济获得感、精神获得感和总获得感均逐步降低。(2)农户种粮获得的3种指标(经济获得感、精神获得感和总获得感)所受需求层次的影响存在显著差异。(3)5种需求层次对农户种粮获得感的影响差异比较明显。(4)不同家庭类型农户的种粮获得感影响因素存在差异。所有类型农户的种粮精神获得感主要受高层次需求的影响,而自我实现需求对所有类型农户的种粮总获得感均有影响。根据农户种粮获得感的大小和影响因素,提出提升农户种粮积极性的政策建议。Based on the questionnaire survey data,using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and binary logistic regression analysis model,this study explored the size and influencing factors of farmers’sense of gain from grain planting in Henan Province.The results are as follows.(1)The sense of gain from grain planting of all the sample farmers was low,and the economic gain was lower than the spiritual gain.The influences of household type on the sense of gain from grain planting of farmers are great,and the economic gain,the spiritual gain and the total sense of gain from grain planting from pure peasant household to non-peasant household are gradually reduced.(2)There are significant differences among the three indexes of the sense of gain from grain planting(economic gain,spiritual gain and total sense of gain)affected by the level of demand.(3)There are significant differences in the influence of the five levels of need on farmers’sense of gain from grain planting.(4)There are similarities and differences in the influencing factors of farmers’sense of gain from grain planting in different family types.The spiritual gain of all types of farmers is mainly affected by high-level needs,while self-realization needs have an impact on the total sense of gain of all types of farmers.Finally,according to the size and influencing factors of farmers’sense of gain from grain planting,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote farmers’enthusiasm for grain production in Henan Province.
