摘 要:基于13个粮食核心区省份2008-2020年的相关数据,运用超效率SBM模型和固定效应模型从整体和区域两个视角研究粮食核心区耕地生态补偿效率及影响因素。结果显示:我国粮食核心区耕地生态补偿效率、技术效率和技术进步整体呈波动上升趋势,区域间呈现明显的差异化特征;人均GDP和人均耕地资源禀赋对耕地生态补偿效率具有正效应,区域间耕地生态补偿效率影响因素的差异较大。应采取持续加大投入、加快推进经济高质量发展以及因地制宜制定差异化政策等多种举措,促进耕地生态补偿效率不断提升。Based on the relevant data of 13 grain core provinces from 2008 to 2020,the super efficiency SBM model and fixed effect model are used to study the cultivated land ecological compensation efficiency and its influencing factors in the grain core area from the overall and regional perspectives.The results show that the ecological compensation efficiency,technical efficiency and technical change of cultivated land in China’s grain core areas are fluctuating and rising on the whole,but there are obvious differences among regions.Per capita GDP and per capita cultivated land resource endowment have a positive effect on the efficiency of cultivated land ecological compensation,and the influencing factors of cultivated land ecological compensation efficiency vary greatly among regions.The effort should be made continue to increase investment,accelerate high-quality economic development and formulate differentiated policies according to local conditions so as to continuously improve the efficiency of cultivated land ecological compensation.
