长白落叶松木材的挥发性有机化合物及其气味

摘  要:以采用延边朝鲜族自治州沙河源林场的长白落叶松(Larix olgensis Henry)木材为试验材料,制成4个直径为60 mm、厚度为12 mm的圆盘试件;使用微池热萃取仪,设置标准环境(温度(23±2)℃、相对湿度(40±5)%、空气交换率与负载因子比0.5),仪器循环6 h后,使用Tenax-TA吸附管采集2 L气体;采用外标法,根据国家标准GB/T 29899—2013《人造板及其制品中挥发性有机化合物释放量试验方法:小型释放舱法》对化合物质量浓度进行定量检测;使用Sniffer 9100嗅觉探测器,选择直接强度法对化合物进行气味强度判别;采用气相色谱-质谱技术(GC-MS)、气相色谱-嗅闻技术(GC-O)分析长白落叶松木材释放的挥发性有机化合物组分及其气味特征,采用层次分析法分析主要气味化合物综合贡献度。结果表明:长白落叶松共释放出44种挥发性有机化合物,其中包括31种气味化合物,鉴定出5种关键气味化合物(2,3-丁二酮、á-水芹烯、己醛、1R-à-蒎烯、2-乙基-1-己醇)。在标准环境条件下,长白落叶松木材释放气味类型,共分为芳香、甜香、花香、刺激性气味、草木香、特殊气味6种,其中芳香气味为整体气味特征贡献最大。经层次分析法对主要气味化合物综合贡献评价,其贡献度由大到小依次为2,3-丁二酮、á-水芹烯、己醛、1R-à-蒎烯、2-乙基-1-己醇。综合研究结果,长白落叶松释放的气味的主要香型为芳香型,2,3-丁二酮是其主要气味源化合物。The wood of Larix olgensis Henry from Shaheyuan Forest Farm of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture was used as the test material,and four disc specimens with a diameter of 60 mm and a thickness of 12 mm were made.The micro pool thermal extractor was used to set the standard environment(temperature(23±2)℃,relative humidity(40±5)%,air exchange rate and load factor ratio 0.5).After the instrument circulates for 6 h,Tenax TA adsorption tube was used to collect 2 L of gas.The external standard method was used to quantitatively detect the mass concentration of the compounds according to the national standard GB/T 29899-2013 Test Method for Volatile Organic Compounds in Wood based Panels and Their Products:Small Release Chamber Method.Using Sniffer 9100 olfactory detector,the direct intensity method was selected to distinguish the odor intensity of compounds.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/olfactory technology(GC-MS/O)(whether it is gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),gas chromatography-olfactory technology(GC-O))was used to analyze the volatile organic compounds released from larch wood and their odor characteristics,and analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the comprehensive contribution of main odor compounds.The results showed that there were 44 volatile organic compounds released from L.olgensis,including 31 odor compounds,and five key odor compounds(2,3-butanedione,á-cresylene,hexanal,1Ràpinene,2-ethyl-1-hexanol)were identified.Under standard environmental conditions,the odor released by the wood of Larix olgensis can be divided into 6 types,namely,fragrance,sweet smell,floral smell,pungent smell,plant smell and special smell,among which the aromatic smell contributes the most to the overall odor characteristics.According to the comprehensive contribution evaluation of the main odor compounds by the analytic hierarchy process,the contribution degrees from large to small are 2,3-butanedione,á-hydrocanthene,hexanal,1Rà-pinene,2-ethyl-1-hexanol.(Whether it is the odor characteristic con
