摘 要:以紫枝玫瑰(Rosa rugose‘ZiZhi’)为植物材料,接种摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae,FM),测定取食玫瑰叶片的舞毒蛾(Lymantria dispar)幼虫发育历期和体质量,以及舞毒蛾幼虫取食前后玫瑰叶片的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、胰蛋白酶抑制剂(TI)、胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂(CI)活性、黄酮、总酚和单宁质量分数。结果显示:取食菌根玫瑰叶片显著延长了舞毒蛾幼虫的发育历期,降低了舞毒蛾幼虫的体质量(P<0.05)。舞毒蛾幼虫取食前后,菌根玫瑰叶片中的PPO、POD、TI、CI、黄酮、总酚和单宁均显著高于未接菌植株(P<0.05);舞毒蛾幼虫取食显著提高玫瑰叶片的PAL、PPO、POD、TI、CI酶活性及总酚和单宁质量分数(P<0.05)。取食菌根玫瑰叶片抑制了舞毒蛾幼虫的生长发育,相关性分析显示,舞毒蛾幼虫发育历期与玫瑰各指标之间均存在显著相关性。因此,AM真菌通过增强玫瑰防御蛋白活性和提高抗虫相关次生代谢物质质量分数增强了玫瑰对舞毒蛾的防御,为玫瑰抗舞毒蛾的生物防治提供参考和技术支持。Rosa rugosa‘ZiZhi’was used as plant material to inoculate Funneliformis mosseae(FM).The developmental duration and body weight of gypsy moth(Lymantria dispar)larvae feeding on rose leaves were determined.Determination of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO),trypsin inhibitor(TI),chymotrypsin inhibitor(CI)activity,the content of flavonoids,total phenols and tannin in rose leaves before and after feeding by gypsy moth larvae.The results showed that feeding on mycorrhizal rose leaves significantly prolonged the developmental period and reduced the body weight of gypsy moth larvae(P<0.05).Before and after the gypsy moth ingested rose,the PPO,POD,TI,CI,flavonoids,total phenols and tannins in the leaves of mycorrhizal rose were significantly higher than those of the uninoculated plants(P<0.05);Feeding by gypsy moth larvae significantly increased the PAL,PPO,POD,TI,CI enzyme activities,the content of total phenol and tannins of rose leaves(P<0.05).Feeding on mycorrhizal rose leaves inhibited the growth and development of gypsy moth larvae.Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between the developmental period of gypsy moth larvae and the indicators of roses.Therefore,inoculating AMF can enhance the defense of rose against gypsy moth by enhancing the activity of rose defense proteins and increasing the content of anti-insect-related secondary metabolites.It provides reference and technical support for the biological control of rose.
