阿奇霉素联合儿咳一方治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿奇霉素联合儿咳一方对小儿支原体肺炎的治疗效果和安全性。方法100例支原体肺炎患儿,通过随机平行法分为甲组和乙组,每组50例。两组患儿均给予常规对症治疗,甲组采用阿奇霉素联合儿咳一方加减治疗,乙组采用阿奇霉素单独治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状消退时间、不良反应发生情况。结果甲组患儿的治疗总有效率为96%,显著高于乙组的84%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组患儿的咳嗽、发热、肺啰音消退时间分别为(3.39±0.36)、(3.65±1.22)、(5.77±2.26)d,均显著短于乙组的(5.27±0.51)、(5.14±1.93)、(7.91±3.18)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组患儿的不良反应发生率6%低于乙组的26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎治疗中应用阿奇霉素联合儿咳一方加减,临床疗效确切、有效,而且能及早消除咳嗽、发热和肺啰音等症状,有效减少不良反应情况的发生,值得在该病患儿治疗中予以应用与推广。Objective To discuss the effect and safety of azithromycin combined with Erke recipe in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into group A and group B by random parallel method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,group A was treated with azithromycin combined with the addition and subtraction of Erke recipe,and group B was treated with azithromycin alone.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom subsidence time,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in group A was 96%,which was significantly higher than 84%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The subsidence times of cough,fever and pulmonary rales in group A were(3.39±0.36),(3.65±1.22),and(5.77±2.26)d,which were significantly shorter than(5.27±0.51),(5.14±1.93),and(7.91±3.18)d in group B,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6%in group A was lower than 26%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of azithromycin in combination with addition and subtraction of Erke recipe is accurate and effective for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia,and can eliminate the symptoms of cough,fever and pulmonary rales early,effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of application and promotion in the treatment of children with this disease.
