消白汤结合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析自拟中药消白汤结合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风患者临床效果。方法选取2017年8月—2020年8月九江市都昌皮肤病防治所白癜风患者132例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各66例。对照组采取308 nm准分子光治疗,试验组采取自拟中药消白汤结合308 nm准分子光治疗。对比2组疗效、治疗前后白斑面积恢复情况、中医证候积分。结果试验组总有效率95.45%(63/66)较对照组的77.27%(51/66)高(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组白斑面积恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组中医证候积分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药消白汤结合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风可提高效果,改善中医证候积分,缓解临床症状,促进白斑恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicine Xiaobai decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 132 cases of vitiligo patients in Jiujiang Duchang Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Institute from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=66)and the control group(n=66)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer.The experimental group took self-made Chinese medicine Xiaobai decoction combined with 308 nm excimer therapy.The curative effect of the two groups,the recovery of leukoplakia area before and after treatment,and the integral of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.45%(63/66),which was higher than 77.27%(51/66)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery of leukoplakia in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-made Chinese medicine Xiaobai decoction combined with 308nm excimer light to treat vitiligo can improve the curative effect,improve the TCM syndrome score,relieve the clinical symptoms,and promote the recovery of leukoplakia.
