毛德西教授平肝熄风法治疗高血压性眩晕临床经验

摘　　要：高血压病是常见内科疾病,其最常见的症状是眩晕。毛德西教授认为,肝风内动是高血压病的主要原因,平肝熄风法是高血压病的主要治法,辨证论治随症加减,临床效果显著。天麻钩藤饮中,石决明药用成分不易煎出,朱茯神有一定毒性,黄芩、栀子不仅口感差,而且苦寒易伤脾胃。毛德西教授取天麻钩藤饮方中的天麻和钩藤为主药,辅以“六叶”,构成天麻钩藤六叶汤,治疗高血压性眩晕效果良好。Hypertension is a common internal disease,and its most common symptom is vertigo.Professor Mao Dexi believes that endogenous liver wind is the main cause of hypertension,and calming the liver and extinguishing the wind is one of the main treatments for hypertension.According to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and addition and subtractionon the basis of complications,the clinical effect is remarkable.Professor Mao Dexi believes that the medicinal ingredients of gastrodia elata hook vine drinking in concha haliotidis is not easy to fry,Zhufushen has a certain toxicity,Scutellaria baicalensis and gardenia not only poor taste,but also easy to hurt the spleen and stomach.Professor Mao Dexi took Gastrodia elata and uncaria as the main drugs in the Tinma Gouteng prescription,supplemented by“six leaves”,to form Tinma Gouteng Liuye decoction,which has a good effect on the treatment of hypertension vertigo.
