针刺联合酸枣仁汤治疗中风后睡眠障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合酸枣仁汤治疗中风后睡眠障碍患者的临床效果。方法参照纳入、排除标准,筛选沈阳市第七人民医院诊治的中风后睡眠障碍患者,最终纳入66例,依据随机数字表法分组,分为对照组和治疗组,各33例。对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组应用针刺联合酸枣仁汤,疗程均4周。观察2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、中医证候积分变化情况,比较临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组中医证候积分、PSQI评分均下降,且治疗组下降趋势更显著(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为93.94%(31/33),较对照组72.73%(24/33)的临床总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合酸枣仁汤可清虚火、补肝血,减轻患者失眠、手足心热、虚烦心悸等症状,调节睡眠障碍,对中风后睡眠障碍患者临床疗效较好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Suanzaoren decoction in the treatment of sleep disorder after apoplexy.Methods 66 patients with post-stroke sleep disorder diagnosed and treated in Shenyang Seventh People’s Hospital were selected according to inclusion criteria.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group received acupuncture combined with Suanzaoren decoction for 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score of the two groups were observed,and the clinical effect was compared.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score and PSQI score were decreased in both groups,and the decreasing trend was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%(31/33),which was better than that of the control group(72.73%)(24/33)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Suanzaoren decoction can clear deficiency and fire,replenish liver and blood,relieve insomnia,deficiency and irritability,hand-foot-heart heat,palpitation and other symptoms,regulate sleep disorders.It has a good clinical effect on patients with sleep disorders after stroke,and is worthy of promotion.
