摘　　要：目的探讨调经促孕针刺法联合地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全(LPD)性不孕症的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月—2020年5月九江市中医医院治疗的82例LPD性不孕症患者,按随机数字表法将其分为2组,各41例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组采用地屈孕酮联合调经促孕针刺法治疗。比较2组的激素水平[孕酮(P)及促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)]、子宫内膜厚度(ET)及高温相(HPS)评分,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组P(14.09±1.67)ng/mL及FSH水平(16.79±2.61)IU/L、HPS评分(8.09±1.11)分、ET(9.36±0.48)mm,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论LPD性不孕症患者采用调经促孕针刺法联合地屈孕酮治疗有利于调节激素水平,改善黄体功能及ET,临床应用安全可靠,可为临床治疗LPD性不孕症提供参考。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tiaojing Cuyun acupuncture combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of infertility due to luteal phase defect(LPD).Methods A total of 82 patients with LPD infertility treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the observation group was treated with dydrogesterone and Tiaojing Cuyun acupuncture.The hormone levels[progesterone(P)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],endometrial thickness(ET)and high temperature phase score(HPS)were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results After treatment,P(14.09±1.67)ng/ml,FSH(16.79±2.61)IU/L,HPS score(8.09±1.11)and ET(9.36±0.48)mm of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Tiaojing Cuyun acupuncture combined with dydrogesterone therapy is beneficial to regulate hormone levels,improve luteal function and ET in patients with LPD infertility,and is safe and reliable in clinical application,which can provide reference for clinical treatment of LPD infertility.
