养血固本汤联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析养血固本汤联合西咪替丁等抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选取沈阳市第九人民医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的慢性荨麻疹患者70例,随机分组,对照组的患者用药处方是西咪替丁等抗组胺药,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加养血固本汤加减治疗。比较2组治疗前后患者症状积分、生活质量评分、慢性荨麻疹治疗总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组治疗后患者症状积分、生活质量评分、慢性荨麻疹治疗总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养血固本汤加减联合西咪替丁等抗组胺药治疗对于慢性荨麻疹的效果确切,可改善患者症状和生活质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yangxue Guben decoction combined with cimetidine and other antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 70 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Shenyang Ninth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given antihistamines such as cimetidine,while the observation group was given Yangxue Guben decoction on the basis of the control group.The symptom score,quality of life score,total effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Symptom score,quality of life score and total effective rate of chronic urticaria in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Guben decoction combined with cimetidine and other antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticarial has significant effect,which can improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients and is worthy of promotion.
