中西医结合护理对膀胱部分切除术患者应激状态及膀胱痉挛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合护理对膀胱部分切除术患者应激状态及膀胱痉挛的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月在江西中医药大学附属医院行膀胱部分切除术治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者84例,采取随机数字表法分为2组,各42例。对照组行常规护理,试验组行中西医结合护理,对比2组术后恢复情况、应激状态及膀胱痉挛发生情况。结果试验组术后住院时间、拔管时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,2组皮质醇(COR)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)水平均较护理前高,试验组COR、NE、E水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组膀胱痉挛发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可减轻膀胱部分切除术患者的应激反应,减少膀胱痉挛的发生,利于术后康复。Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on stress state and bladder spasm in patients with partial cystectomy.Methods A total of 84 patients with bladder tumor who underwent partial cystectomy in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The recovery,stress state and the occurrence of bladder spasm were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative hospitalization time and extubation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of cortisol(COR),noradrenaline(NE)and adrenaline(E)in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the levels of COR,NE and E in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bladder spasm in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can alleviate the stress response of patients with partial cystectomy,reduce the occurrence of bladder spasm,and benefit postoperative rehabilitation.
