摘 要:目的探讨小儿额部蛛网膜下腔宽度值在不同CT层面是否存在差异,分析宽度值与月龄的相互关系,并确定蛛网膜下腔宽度的上限值。方法在半卵圆中心、松果体及乳头体层面测量1~12月小儿额部蛛网膜下腔宽度值,并进行统计学分析。结果小儿额部蛛网膜下腔宽度先增宽后变窄,在4~6月达最大值;不同层面宽度值之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿额部蛛网膜下腔宽度随月龄先增宽后变窄,在4~6月宽度达最大值。建议在固定层面及位置对额部蛛网膜下腔宽度进行测量,以对应月龄95百分位数作为上限值。Objective To analyze whether there is a difference in the width of the frontal subarachnoid space of infants in different CT levels,to analyze the correlation between the width and the month age,and to determine the upper limit of the width.Methods The width of the subarachnoid space in the frontal region was measured in the planes of Centrum semiovale,the pineal body,and mammillary body for infants aged 1~12 months.The statistical analysis was performed on the obtained data.Results The width of the frontal subarachnoid space increased until 4~6 months of age,after which it began to decrease.Statistical differences in the width of the subarachnoid space were found in the three planes(P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended to measure the width of the frontal subarachnoid space at a fixed level and position,with the 95th percentile corresponding to the month age as the upper limit.
