摘　　要：目的探讨运动康复对老年哮喘稳定期患者肺功能及生命质量的影响。方法选取2019年5月~2020年8月我院收治的老年哮喘患者78例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组采用常规护理和随访干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行12周的运动康复干预措施。比较两组患者干预前后肺功能情况,包括第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)值,并采用成人哮喘生命质量评估表(AQLQ)评价两组患者干预前后的生命质量。结果干预后,观察组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC值、AQLQ得分均高于干预前,且观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC值、AQLQ得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论运动康复干预能有效改善老年哮喘稳定期患者肺功能,提高其生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation on pulmonary function and quality of life in elderly patients with stable asthma.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with stable asthma from May 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39).The control group received routine nursing and follow-up intervention,and the Observation Group received 12-week exercise rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function,including forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC,were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by the adult asthma quality of life(AQLQ).Results After intervention,the FEV1,FEV1/FVC and AQLQ of the patients in the observation group were respectably higher than those before intervention,and the FEV1,FEV1/FVC and AQLQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the pulmonary function and quality of life in elderly patients with stable asthma,which is worthy of clinical application.
