摘　　要：目的探讨临床实习专科护生缺乏沟通技巧的原因及对策。方法选择2018年1月~2021年12月在我科临床实习护生97名,分析实习护生与患者沟通技巧情况。结果实习护生自身方面的原因、带教老师方面的原因和社会、患者方面负面因素是影响临床实习护生缺乏沟通技巧的重要原因。结论加强护生理论学习及临床带教老师培训,做好医院荣耀的宣传,开展多元化教学可以提高临床护生沟通能力。Objective To explore the lack of communication skills among clinical nursing students and analyze nursing countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis of the communication skills between 97 clinical interns and patients in our department from January 2018 to December 2021.Results Nursing students'own reasons,teaching reasons and negative social and patient factors are the important reasons affecting the lack of communication skills among clinical practice nursing students.Conclusion Strengthening the theoretical study of nursing students and the training of clinical teaching teachers,promoting the glory of the hospital,and conducting diversified teaching can improve the communication ability of clinical nursing students.
