摘 要:针对炮架结构优化中固有频率提升目标不明确的问题,结合实弹射击响应试验,提出了一种基于小波包的结构振动信号能量分析方法。针对炮架振动响应数据采集问题,设计了一种结构振动响应测试系统,结合舰炮实弹射击响应试验,采集到了炮架的结构响应数据;基于炮架固有频率选择频带宽度,采用小波包对振动响应信号进行分解,求得振动信号在各个频带内的能量分布情况;根据振动信号的能量频带分布特性,给出炮架结构优化后的一阶固有频率目标范围。试验和信号分解分析结果表明,炮架振动能量主要集中在低频段,且在炮架的模态修改中,模态的提升需要避开振动能量较高的频带范围。该方法能够为炮架的结构设计和优化确定目标和优化方向。Aiming at the problem that the target of boosting natural frequency is not clear in the structure optimization of gun mounts, a method for analyzing structural vibration signal energy based on wavelet packets was proposed with reference to live firing response experiments. In order to acquire the vibration response data of the gun mount, a vibration test system was designed. The structural response data of the gun mount was collected in combination with naval gun live firing response experiments. The wavelet packet was used to decompose the vibration response signal with energy distribution of the vibration signal in each frequency band obtained. According to the frequency band characteristics of the energy, the range of the first-order natural frequency after the structure optimization of the mount was specified. The experimental and simulation results show that the method can determine the target and optimization direction for the structural design and optimization of the gun mount.
