摘 要:目的:研究应用腔镜甲状腺手术辅助传统教学模式对在校规培生甲状腺外科实习效果的影响。方法:抽取2021年7月1日至2021年8月1日某三甲教学医院在甲状腺外科临床实习的在校规培生48人,随机分为对照组(24人)与实验组(24人),对照组采用传统实习教学模式,实验组采用传统教学与腔镜甲状腺手术相结合的授课方式,学生参观腔镜甲状腺手术过程并复盘手术录像。全部课程结束后两组学生进行理论知识、临床技能及外科基本功考核,并进行课程满意度问卷调查。结果:实验组理论知识考核总成绩[(83.33±2.53)分vs.(80.17±3.73)分,P<0.05]、临床技能成绩[(84.38±5.17)分vs.(81.04±5.10)分,P<0.05]高于对照组。结论:腔镜甲状腺教学有效提高了学生的学习兴趣,提升了教学质量。Objective:To study the effect of endoscopic thyroid surgery assisted traditional teaching on the thyroid surgery c linical practice teaching of medical standardized training students.Methods:From Jul.1,2021 to Aug.1,2021,48 medical students in thyroid surgery who under the standardization training at teaching hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was applied endoscopic thyroidectomy with traditional teaching method,students visited the process of endoscopic thyroid surgery and replayed the operation video with a teacher,while the control group was only applied traditional teaching method.After the teaching activities,all students accepted basic theory and clinical practice examination,as well as the assessment of basic surgical skills.Curriculum satisfaction questionnaire was conducted.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of basic theory[(83.33±2.53)vs.(80.17±3.73)]and clinical practice[(84.38±5.17)vs.(81.04±5.10)]in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Endoscopic thyroidectomy teaching effectively improves students'interest in learning and improves teaching quality.
