摘 要:为解决直流侧电压比为2∶1∶1的混合级联九电平逆变器低压单元输出功率不均问题,提出一种新调制策略。该调制策略基于混合载波层叠调制策略,对低压单元开关管的初始驱动信号进行逻辑运算,得到功率开关管的实际驱动信号,并对低压单元功率均衡原理进行深入分析。通过分析可知新调制策略既可以保留输出电压谐波性能,又可有效均衡低压单元输出功率且均衡时间为1个三角载波周期。最后通过仿真和实验结果验证所提策略的正确性与可行性。To solve the problem of uneven output power from a low-voltage unit in a hybrid cascaded nine-level inverter with a voltage ratio of 2∶1∶1 on DC side,a novel modulation strategy is proposed,which is based on a hybrid carrier disposition modulation strategy.The initial driving signal of switches in the low-voltage unit is logically operated to obtain the actual driving signal of power switches.Then,the power balance principle for the low-voltage unit is analyzed in detail.The analysis shows that the novel modulation strategy can not only retain the harmonic performance of output voltage,but also effectively balance the output power from the low-voltage unit.In addition,the balance time is a triangular carrier cycle.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the strategy were verified by simulation and experimental results.
